Pigeon droppings are acidic — they corrode railings, stone and AC units — and dried droppings carry fungal spores you shouldn't be breathing on your own balcony. Nests also block drains and invite mites into the home.
Gurgaon's high-rises make the problem worse: ledges and enclosed balconies are ideal nesting spots. A correctly installed net or spike system ends the cycle permanently.

Before you book
Does a pigeon net harm the birds?+
No. The net simply blocks pigeons from landing and nesting on your balcony — they move on to other spots unharmed. Spikes work the same way on ledges and AC units.
Will the net block my view or sunlight?+
No. We use transparent, UV-stabilised netting that is nearly invisible from a distance and barely affects light or airflow.
Can the net be cleaned after installation?+
Yes. The net can be washed with water through the balcony side, and it can be unclipped and refitted if you ever need deep cleaning.
